Here is the forecast from Yahoo! Weather: Rain showers early mixing with snow showers later in the day. Cooler. High 41F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precip 60%. Snow showers, people! I know I really shouldn’t be getting all that excited because Tennessee weather is notoriously mercurial, but I can’t help myself. I love snow, and we never get enough (or any sometimes), so if I could just see a little before I go home for a few weeks, I would be ecstatic. And then there’s the fact that I absolutely hate driving in snow, but I’m not gonna dwell on that. Nor am I going to complain about my paper, or anything else, for the rest of the week. I’m aware that I’ve been downright whiny lately, and I know no one loves reading that, so I’m suspending my negativity for a week. (Baby steps, people, baby steps.) Then if that works, I may even try for two weeks! I don’t know if it’s possible to be born naturally pessimistic, but if it is, then I was. That does not, however, mean I have to stay that way. So optimism, here I come! (I hope this works. Hehe.)
